Our Start package is a new way to create a work relationship for consulting. 

Available on daily rate and one day per week only. Focused on mentoring, guiding, exploring-ideas, or brainstorming with the Team. All expectations, tasks to be completed, and business goals to achieve are set clearly and agreed by all stakeholders on first meeting before starting work. 

Our Start Package is Active Again

Reinvented and responding to industry demand for practical work on specific Reservoir Architecture Tasks and Simulation Grid-design Support Needs. This is based on more than 20 years Actively Working-as-One with Simulation Reservoir Engineers and understanding the critical requirements for the construction of reservoir models that accurately represent geology while working smoothly in the simulator for dynamic tasks. 

An external and complementing step identified by Simulation Reservoir Engineers to improve and achieve a seamless transition through the design of simulator friendly grids from the static domain to the dynamic stage, working together with Reservoir Geologists & Geomodelers employed by the Client. 

The idea is to agree with Team on specific tasks to complete and opportunities for improvement to achieve. 

"We identify Solutions for any difficulties experienced using the static reservoir model dynamically and pinpoint flow behavior issues within the modeling grid that the Reservoir Engineer receives. Ultimately, improving reservoir model used to generate production forecasts in the simulator, that is where business decisions are ultimately mande."    

Once action items to accomplish are identified, in-house Technical Team can complete recommended procedures to improve reservoir model during the work week. The Team gets space to test results from latest iteration in simulator and together we review outcomes a week later, during next Start package work session. Flow-unit behavior evolves as we observe changes and iterate with in-house Team, continuously improving model. 

Start package work sessions can stop at any time once solutions have been provided, the Team feels issue are resolved, and Team feels confortable to continue working tasks on their own. 

An additional weekly one day Start package work session can be scheduled if planned actions to complete evolve into opportunities to work with Team for an extended period time.

Five business days on-site or remote (Client's choice). 

Time pack ideal for short projects as our relationship Experience with Client builds. 

If project initiates in the middle of a month or client wants to expand project as new ideas arise or it extends to new tasks where value is discovered, a new pack for a second week can be purchased. Once a new month starts and Client wants to continue working for at least one additional entire month; project can move to a monthly package.

Perfect for Clients with an established Business Relationship, ongoing projects, or new projects after we design The Plan and envision that at least one entire month is needed to complete the work. 

Monthly pricing is reserved for our customers with an established SEB Solutions Business Relationship.
